I have always been very interested in the efficiency of my
organisation and spent many years improving my systems. It
wasn't until I came into contact with the Hubbard Management
Technology that my administration really fell into place.
Mr Hubbard has written policies on every aspect of running
a business and, as he says, they are only true if they are
true for you. I am constantly astonished that every policy
he has written that I have studied has been ABSOLUTELY true
for me. If you follow the policy you WILL get a specific result.
If you stray from the policy you will not get that result.
It is so impressive that I cannot imagine what it would be
like to work in an environment where there was no knowledge
of these staggering works.
If all businesses were organised and operated to these standards
there would be the most phenomenal production taking place,
with all parties behaving ethically and professionally. There
would only be honesty and trust as well as absolutely maximum
efficiency.
I have been using the Administration Technology now for about
four years. I learn more virtually daily. I benefit daily.
I still have much to learn and look forward to constantly
improving myself and my company.
