Training Courses : Learning Skills

Some students have a hard time studying. They find themselves distracted, lose interest or just get confused. The Hubbard College uses L. Ron Hubbard's Study Technology to help you overcome those problems so you really get it and can use it. Study doesn't have to be a grueling chore and, as Mr. Hubbard said, "There are ways to study so that one really learns and can use what one learns...the end result will be certainty and potential competence."

The following two courses assist a person by teaching them how to study.

Basic Study Manual

Teaches the student basic information and skills on how to learn and how to apply what he has studied in life. This practical knowledge on how to study can be used by adults, college or high school students, teachers, parents and trainers in industry.

Duration: 5 Days Full Time - 10 Days Part Time

How to Achieve Effective Learning

Employees too often enter the business world unprepared and untrained. They also come with poor learning skills as they have never been taught how to study, how to learn and how to apply what they have learned. This course teaches the student how to handle the primary barriers to effective study. The student will not only be able to grasp fully what he is studying, but will be able to apply proficiently what he has studied in work and in life.
