Improving Business Through Communication

The inability to communicate can destroy a career, a business relationship, or a sale. The greater a person’s ability to communicate, the greater his potential for success. This course teaches the student to:

Communicate without tension or nervousness

How to Evaluate and Predict Human Behaviour

Provides tools to help the student understand people and their behaviour and to help predict what they are likely to do—on the job or off. It teaches how to observe, evaluate and predict human behaviour.

I have had a lot of fun doing this course. I have done courses with drills before, but never in an administration field. I’ve realised whilst doing this course that there are countless times in an office when you need to know how to get things done.

I’ve also seen what happens when you lose your temper in trying to get things done. This course taught me how it should be done. I need to continue using them until they become second nature and I’m sure running a business will be a lot smoother. P.S.

Improving Business Through Communication has given me a great set of new skills to help me confront, acknowledge and handle communication with customers, clients and even friends effectively.
