What is a Hubbard College of Administration Field Representative?
As a Hubbard College of Administration Field Representative,
people take on a very important job. Our courses in the Management
and Business Technology are vitally needed in today's society.
With ever falling ethical standards, workable solutions must
be made available. Our training provides those solutions.
We need help to bring our training to everyone who needs it
- it takes a team to get a goal like this accomplished.
There are three main functions for HCA Field Representatives.
1. Get people interested in starting training with us.
This would be done through briefings, letters, talking to
friends, etc. There are many people who, if they knew about
how many different types of courses we have, and if they
knew how easy it was to get going, would really like to
get trained.
2. Recruit other HCA Field Representatives. You will find
that, if you ask people for help during a specific time,
for a specific project, you will get a lot of willingness.
3. Develop communication lines and reaches for HCA training
in local communities. By this we mean presenting HCA training
to the local schools and businesses etc. People everywhere
are looking for solutions. When they find them, they want
them. By presenting our training in your community, you
will be creating a tremendous reach, which can then be responded
to by us in order to get them going.
Please note: As a Hubbard College of Administration Field
Representative you are entitled to 10% commission on each
person you refer to the college - as soon as they start training.
